I had such a good response that I ended up presenting it to my team and we adopted it into our set curriculum and still teach it to this day. This product includes resources to accompany every episode. Directions for students: Pick three of these prompts that you think would be fun to make a podcast about. After doing some research into what podcasts would be appropriate and engaging for my 8th grade ELA students, I settled on the podcast Limetown. Objective: Students will determine how they'll structure the podcast. Duplication for an entire school, an entire school system or commercial purposes is strictly forbidden without written permission from the publisher. Podcasts are the new "novel," and Limetown by Two-Up Productions is a perfect one to introduce the idea of narrative fiction via podcast to your students.Use this resource to keep them engaged while also covering text-based vocabulary and context clues.
